By hiring LRJ Solutions you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Any content, price, package, service or offer on this website is subject to change, removal or modification at any moment without notice. 

Any price or service offered on this website is for guidance only and are subject to change. Only pricing and services that are offered in a valid dated quotation should be considered as a formal offer of service. Quotations will be provided for all work and must be signed and agreed before work is undertaken. Quotations are valid for 28 days inclusive from the date on the quote.

For project and non monthly quotes, a minimum of 30% of the sum (unless mentioned otherwise) will need to be paid before any work is undertaken. This payment is non refundable as this secures LRJ Solutions time for you project. 

Payment terms are set as per each invoice and at LRJ Solutions discresion. Any late payment may result in your website being temporarily taken offline or additional features that were the part of the unpaid invoice being removed until such a time that the invoice has been settled. The website or features will be returned at the next available opportunity to LRJ Solutions. This is a final resort and will only be used in cases of severe late or delayed payment. 

SEO and marketing services will see LRJ Solutions make every effort to increase performance in your websites sector. Actual ranking improvements and lead generation is not guaranteed as these metrics are highly influenced by external factors and 3rd party services. With new website launches every effort and mitigation like redirect mapping will be undertaken to ensure a smooth launch, but some sites may experience reduced traffic as search engines register the large changes and adapt indexing accordingly. 

Project delays as a result of client action or delay may result in extra charges.

Any content on a clients website is solely their responsibility regardless of who added it. LRJ Solutions are not liable for any content on a clients hosting package. 

LRJ Solutions undertake rigorous testing of any builds/featured delivered for clients, but testing and acceptance is ultimately the clients responsibility.

Any content unless expressedly mentioned should be provided before the project starts. This should be in a format mutually acceptable by both the client and LRJ Solutions.
